Current Practice
Caitlin joined the Moulton Law Group in 2016. Her practice focuses on advising and assisting businesses with corporate governance matters, equity compensation, debt and equity financings, securities law compliance and the protection of intellectual property. Caitlin has substantial experience assisting clients from across industries and in every stage of corporate life. Additionally, Caitlin supports Moulton Law Group clients with her significant insight and expertise in utilizing Carta securities management.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining the Moulton Law Group, Caitlin completed clerkships with the Honorable Justice Harold E. Eaton of the Vermont Supreme Court and Judges Tom Walsh and Tom Durkin of the Environmental Division of the Vermont Superior Court.
Education & Credentials
At Vermont Law School, Caitlin was a member of the Vermont Law Review, a Dean’s Fellow and a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board. Caitlin was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2020, 2021 and 2022, and is ranked as a top-rated Business & Corporate Finance Attorney in Burlington, Vermont, by Super Lawyers. Caitlin is admitted to practice law in Vermont and Maine.
Outside Interests
A native New Englander, Caitlin enjoys the outdoors through running, skiing, hiking and biking.
