Current Practice
Evan advises entrepreneurs, small businesses, startups and investors on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, equity financing transactions, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. Evan also serves as outside general counsel to a number of early-stage operating companies.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Moulton Law Group, Evan was an Associate Attorney in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of Fried Frank, where he represented private equity sponsors and strategic operating companies in complex mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, reorganization and carve-out transactions and private equity stakes deals.
Education & Credentials
Evan graduated magna cum laude from Drury University in 2011 with a degree in Business Administration and Economics, and he received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2016. Evan is admitted to practice law in New York and Alaska.
Outside Interests
Evan lives in Anchorage, AK with his wife Rei and their two retired racing greyhounds. In his free time, Evan enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, foraging and exploring the great Alaskan outdoors.
