Current Practice
Kristin is a part-time Staff Attorney for Moulton Law Group who assists clients with a wide array of commercial contracting needs, such as manufacturing and supply chain, direct-to-customer product sales, distribution relationships, IP licensing and SaaS services. Kristin also works with clients on privacy and website terms of use matters.
Prior Experience
Kristin began her legal career at Thompson Hine (New York, NY) in 2006, and then joined Miller Mayer (Ithaca, NY) in 2007. From 2009 to 2015, Kristin worked as In-House Counsel with medical device company BioFire Diagnostics (Salt Lake City, UT). In 2015, Kristin accepted a position with pharmaceutical and device manufacturer Merz Aesthetics, where she also continues to work as Associate General Counsel.
Education & Credentials
Kristin received her B.A. in English and German from DePaul University in 1997, her M.A. in International Relations from Yale University in 2001, and her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2006. Kristin is admitted to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, Utah, and North Carolina.
Outside Interests
Kristin lives in Seattle, Washington with her partner Phil, their two senior shelter dogs, and their two one-eyed shelter cats. A nature-lover at heart, Kristin and family spend their free time hiking and camping throughout the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
