Current Practice

Kristin brings two decades of experience across life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors. Her practice focuses on helping companies translate business strategy into clear, durable legal frameworks that support growth while managing operational and regulatory risk. She regularly advises clients on complex commercial agreements, partnership and revenue-sharing models, distribution and supply relationships, SaaS and technology licensing arrangements, and other strategic transactions central to scaling modern businesses.

In addition to her work with the firm’s clients, Kristin serves as General Counsel of Pink Sky LLC, where she advises on strategic partnerships and legal architecture supporting the company’s ecosystem of healthcare providers, brands, and enterprise collaborators. Through her role at Moulton Law Group, she also provides fractional general counsel services to founders and leadership teams who need experienced legal guidance without building a full in-house legal department.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Moulton Law Group full-time, Kristin spent a decade in senior in-house leadership roles at Merz North America, a global pharmaceutical and medical device company. She ultimately served as Deputy General Counsel, acting as lead commercial counsel for the company’s U.S. and Canadian businesses and advising cross-functional teams across product development, commercialization, clinical collaboration, and regulatory matters. Her work supported product launches, complex distribution and partnership models, data integration initiatives, and patient access programs designed to expand access to care.

Earlier in her career, Kristin served as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at BioFire Diagnostics, a rapidly growing molecular diagnostics company, where she managed the company’s global commercial contracting portfolio and helped guide the organization through its $485 million acquisition by French life sciences company bioMérieux.

Kristin began her legal career in private practice at Thompson Hine LLP and Miller Mayer LLP, advising businesses on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. She lives with her husband Phil and their shelter pets near Venice, Florida.
