Current Practice
Tim advises clients on a range of corporate legal issues spanning the entire corporate life cycle, including start-up matters and strategy, entity formation, general corporate representation and counseling, corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, capital financings and securities law issues.
Prior Experience
After passing the bar and being admitted as an attorney in Connecticut, Tim returned to Vermont in 2013 to pursue his legal career with a prominent corporate law firm in Burlington. In 2016, Tim joined Moulton Law Group as an Associate Attorney.
Education & Credentials
Tim graduated from Saint Michael’s College in 2006, cum laude, with a degree in Political Science, and received his J.D. cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2012. Tim was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2020, 2021 and 2022, and is ranked as a top-rated Business & Corporate Finance Attorney in Burlington, Vermont, by Super Lawyers. Tim is admitted to practice law in Vermont and Connecticut.
Outside Interests
Tim lives in South Burlington, Vermont with his wife, Stephanie. In his spare time, Tim enjoys traveling, studying foreign languages, hiking, camping, running, playing tennis, flag football, weight lifting and barbequing (even in the winter!) with his family and friends.
